By registering for this event, you agree to the following:

 

Registration & Payments

Registration is required for access to the event. Fees must be paid prior to the event; fees that have not been paid by the start of an in-person event must be paid on-site.

 

Badges

For in-person conferences, badges will be provided to attendees on-site. For in-person trade shows, you will receive more information on badge distribution in your registration confirmation.

Your badge must be worn at all times (including all conference sessions and other functions held in conjunction with the event).

 

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conferences@sbpub.com. Registrants canceling after the cut-off date are subject to a service charge, as specified on the registration page and in your confirmation email. Failure to attend without notifying Simmons-Boardman Publishing before the start of the event will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee.

 

Registration Substitutions

To make a substitution, please email conferences@sbpub.com with the full contact information of the person taking your place.

 

Simmons-Boardman Publishing COVID-19 Policy

Simmons-Boardman Publishing Corp. is dedicated to bringing together attendees in a safe environment. For all events, our team regularly reviews local and federal COVID-19 guidelines pertaining to health and safety, working closely with our venues to assure adherence and follow best practices. We will continue to update our policies as needed. Registrants will also receive updates via email as and when changes occur.


Please review the entire Simmons-Boardman Publishing COVID-19 Policy and familiarize yourself with requirements to attend our in-person events. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and accept these policies, including any amendments that may be required due to changing CDC, WHO, and/or local guidelines.

 

Event Changes or Cancellation

Simmons-Boardman Publishing reserves the right to amend/cancel any event, including but not limited to event times, venue, or program content. In the case of event cancellation, Simmons-Boardman Publishing will offer you the option of 1) a refund of paid registration fees or 2) the transfer of these paid registration fees towards another event. This refund/transfer shall be the full extent of Simmons-Boardman Publishing's liability to the registrant arising out of such cancellation. In the event of cancellation, Simmons-Boardman Publishing will use reasonable endeavors to alert participants as soon as possible, including posting to the event webpage and sending an announcement to you via the email address you provided at the time of your registration.

 

Approvals

Simmons-Boardman Publishing reserves the right to limit registrations, and to approve or deny admission. Discounted registration categories are subject to approval by Simmons-Boardman Publishing. Your discount eligibility must be valid at the time of registration and at the time of the event.

 

Dress Code

For live events the dress code is business casual.

 

Liability Waiver

You agree to release and hold harmless Simmons-Boardman Publishing from any and all claims, demands and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in the event, use of the meeting space, or use of suggested lodgings. The maximum aggregate liability of Simmons-Boardman Publishing for any claim in any way connected with therewith or this agreement (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Simmons-Boardman Publishing under these Terms.

 

Media

By attending the event, you consent to possible use of your image/likeness in photographs/video which may be used by Simmons-Boardman Publishing for promotion, news, or other purposes related to Simmons-Boardman Publishing events. Filming, video recording or sound recording of the event is not allowed without the express permission of Simmons-Boardman Publishing.

 

Privacy Policy / Sharing of Registrant Information

Except where prohibited by law, by registering for the event you grant Simmons-Boardman Publishing permission to include your Name, Title and Company Name in public event registration lists. We may also share your contact information with event sponsors, as well information on how you interacted with our event platform in the case of virtual conferences. Opinions and other statements expressed by speakers, supporting organizations, and other third parties do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Simmons-Boardman Publishing and its employees. The accuracy and completeness of information provided by third parties is not endorsed or guaranteed by Simmons-Boardman Publishing. Program materials are provided for your personal or internal organizational use only. Content may not be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used to create derivative works or otherwise used for any commercial or public purpose without written permission of Simmons-Boardman Publishing and the organization or individual who created it.

 

Code of Conduct

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, event organizers retain the right to take any actions to keep the event a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference without refund. Harassment includes, but is not limited to: offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, national origin, religion, age, marital status, military status, or any other status protected by law; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of conference sessions or other events; unwelcome sexual attention; inappropriate physical contact; advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior. Attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.


If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a Simmons-Boardman Publishing staff member immediately. Simmons-Boardman Publishing staff can be identified by the official staff badge ribbon. Staff will be available at the registration desk throughout the duration of the event. All complaints will be treated seriously and will be investigated promptly.
